Where we deliver

We deliver anywhere in Nepal that a courier will reach.

• Inside the Kathmandu valley. Rs 100, usually 2–3 days
• Anywhere else in Nepal. Rs 150, usually 3–5 days

The charge is per order, not per jar, and it is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Why it takes a couple of days

Everything is made to order. Nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting, which is the reason it tastes the way it does and also the reason it is not with you tomorrow morning.

Paying

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier the amount shown on your order when they hand it over. Nothing before that, and nothing to set up.

If nobody is home

The courier will call the number on your order. That is the only reason we ask for it, and it is why a wrong number is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery.

If they cannot reach you, they will usually try again the next working day. After two failed attempts the parcel comes back to us and we will email or call to sort it out.

Something wrong with your address?

Email byspreads@gmail.com with your order reference as soon as you can. If it has not gone out yet we can change it; once it is with the courier, we cannot.
