How claiming works
There’s nothing to print, nothing to show at a counter and nobody to queue behind. When you earn a prize, we deliver it.
Collect your stamps
Every jar comes with a card. Scan the QR or type the code, and the stamp lands straight away.
Hit 6, then 12
6 stamps earns you a free chocolate box. Filling the card at 12 earns a free 500g jar, and a fresh card starts the same moment.
Tell us where to send it
The moment a prize unlocks we ask for your name, phone number and address. That is the only time we ask for it, and it earns you one more stamp.
We post it to you
Expect it within about 3–5 days. We'll call the number you gave us if the courier needs anything.
Questions
- I skipped the address form. Have I lost my prize?
- No. The prize is recorded against your card the moment you earn it, and skipping takes nothing back. We’ll ask again the next time you collect a stamp, or email us and we’ll sort it out.
- Does my card reset when I fill it?
- Your 12 stamps go towards a free 500g jar, then a new card starts from zero, and the 6-stamp prize is available again on it.
- I changed phone. Where are my stamps?
- Stamps live on the phone you collected them on unless you’ve given us an email. If you have, look up your card with it and everything comes back together.
- It hasn’t arrived.
- Give it 3–5 days, then email us and we’ll chase it.
